By creating an account or using GrowthPilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Description of Service
GrowthPilot is an AI-powered marketing strategy platform that generates ad copy, buyer personas, content calendars, SEO recommendations, landing page copy, and AI images. The Service uses third-party AI providers including Google Gemini and OpenAI's image generation models. Output quality may vary and is provided as-is for informational and creative purposes.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. GrowthPilot reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
GrowthPilot offers Free, Pro, Startup, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures. GrowthPilot may suspend accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. Content generated by the AI is provided to you under a non-exclusive license for commercial and personal use. GrowthPilot retains ownership of the platform, design, code, and all underlying technology. You may not claim AI-generated content as wholly your own original creative work.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that require human review before use. GrowthPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of any generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately. Always verify factual claims and legal compliance before publishing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthPilot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your Profile & Settings page. GrowthPilot may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Locally stored data (strategies, settings) may remain in your browser until cleared.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowthPilot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
