- Is Creator Studio included in my Growiom plan?
- Creator Studio is included with Growiom Pro and above, and uses the same AI credits as the rest of the product. If you only need Creator Studio, the standalone version at growiom.com/creators has its own Free plan.
- Does Growiom send the Instagram DMs for me?
- Not yet. Today you can set up comment-to-DM campaigns and preview the conversation. Live sending needs Meta's messaging permissions, and we'll connect it through Meta's official, approved route when it's ready.
- Can I see my Instagram posts and their comments?
- Yes, once you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account. You can see your recent posts and the comments on them, and which of your keywords a comment would trigger.
- Is there a standalone version?
- Yes. Creator Studio is also available on its own at growiom.com/creators, for creators who don't need the rest of Growiom.
- Who owns my leads?
- You do. Export your list as a CSV at any time, or delete any lead.
